Regular insured airmail shipping to anywhere is now FREE for all microphones!

Most items are shipped internationally via Canada Post insured airmail small packet. This service includes insurance up to $100 CAD. Normally items shipped this way arrive within about 7 to 10 business days. If your insured purchase does not arrive within 45 days, it will either be replaced or fully refunded. Most items are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received and a confirmation of shipment email is sent to your paypal email address.

Faster shipping or additional insurance is available for an extra charge, please inquire.

Please note that if you're buying small electronic parts or copper tape, you will need to pay for lettermail shipping. It will be added automatically at checkout.

You can also contact me for a finalized invoice before you pay, instead of going through the shopping cart software.

We do test and package carefully, but if your item arrives damaged or isn't working, a replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible and we'll pay for your return postage. Please be sure to mark any return package as a sample or gift.

If you break your purchase at any point, we'll usually repair it for free if parts are available and you cover the shipping charges.
