SHIPPING INFORMATION

We try to ship as quickly as possible, if your order is urgent please inform us upon ordering and we'll try to accommodate you.

Our free shipping option orders are shipped via Canada Post small packet airmail. This service does not come with tracking information and is not insured. Once it leaves our hands it becomes beyond our control and by purchasing you agree that you assume the risk. That said, we want you to be happy, so if your order does not arrive or there is a problem, we will do all we can to make it right.

Normally items shipped this way arrive within about 7 to 14 business days, but can take up to 8 weeks in some rare cases. If you require faster, insured or tracked shipping, please email us for a quote.

Please note that if you're buying electronic parts or copper tape, you will need to pay for lettermail shipping. It will be added automatically at checkout. If your shipping total looks high, please email us for combined shipping.


PAYMENT METHODS

I accept Paypal, bank transfers, email transfer, Western Union, checks (wait to clear) and international money orders. Large orders paid for through Paypal may be subject to additional fees. Bank transfers are also subject to a fee.

Paypal payments should include shipping charges and should be made to: liane.morrissette@gmail.com.

Local pick up is also sometimes possible, contact me for availability!


RETURNS & REPAIRS

Please email us with your issue before shipping any items back. We will try to figure out what the problem is first and can supply you with detailed return instructions if necessary.

If a microphone that is returned as defective is found to be in good working order, then a restocking fee will apply if you desire a refund.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the microphone you buy will function with your equipment. If you have any questions, please be sure to ask before purchasing to avoid disappointments. If you make a mistake and order something you can't use, a restocking fee will apply to your refund.

We do test and package carefully, but shipping accidents can happen. If your mic arrives damaged, please email us and a replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

If you break your purchase at any point, we can repair it for you if parts are available and you cover the shipping charges.
Sometimes a small repair fee will apply, please email us for details.

To return a microphone for refund, it must be in clean, like-new condition, with the cable kept neatly coiled. A restocking fee may still apply.
